With the changing cultures of first world countries, particularly with the United States, the country I am most familiar with, a man who does not fit in by catering to the whims of women such as by getting tattoos, having the type of vehicle that makes him admired, stupidly wasting all his money to buy/rent female companionship, going into professions that make women feel giddy (certain sports, politics, music), or just care not to engage in the ridiculous dating protocol where a man is suppose to strip her away from another man as it's getting so uncommon for a suitable woman to ever be 100% single and available, usually always hanging onto some man whether she likes him or not out of not wanting to be alone, well, I'd hope the following table would be useful in deciding which country to find a woman to marry.
Women in first world countries tend to be spoiled. Regional and personal differences certainly would buck the generality but despite the hippie generation of trying to teach students that it's not right to generalize, it serves the purpose to state what generally holds true and thus performs a useful purpose. A generalization does not mean everyone fits into the category unlike illogical people may want to say is the case. Sadly, most often, female size up men on money, power, or whatever her current obsession dictates that likely lacks merit in choosing a man based on salient characteristics propitious for a relationship. The desire to use a man for his money may even be more intensive in second/third world countries than in first world ones. And thus there is no sure way of success in finding a woman to marry by going abroad. However, the obesity problem in first world countries, feminism in overdrive, and other such aspects may be the overwhelming driving force to look abroad. Generally also, a younger woman may be more amenable to a relationship with an older man outside of first world countries. Now, do not get me wrong, as I am not here to push for old men to take advantage of young women, it's just that for some men who have not actively engaged in the dating rituals of his culture may make his experience so little that a woman anywhere close to his age would likely be a mismatch. I know what it's like when someone tries setting me up, I have never been married and never had a child, typically not been dating for 6 months or a year, or many years, and to see that someone thinks a plump woman with three kids, each from different men, maybe married once or twice as well, somehow is suppose to be a match all on account that her age is similar. It's really weird to me yet it's futile in trying to explain within the feminist first world culture where I am that a young woman who may be half my age and still more experience than I would be closer in essential characteristics than one whose experience is 10X more and at a similar age.
You may not like this judgment I'm about to state but it does unnerve me: For the many men who luckily had their great time in life, having been married, had children, and then decide to go abroad to find a younger woman, I say it's abusive. The men attempting to make a second life with a much younger woman is to me, reprehensible. Now if the man were alone most of his life, was gentle, and didn't have the marriage and children as baggage, then perhaps more levity should be allowed for a wider age gap. Funny it is though, wherever you are in the world, an 80 year old man might be with an 18-year old woman because he's simply rich and this is somehow accepted though maybe with just a little disgust.
The desire to look abroad may also be somewhat unrelated to dating. Maybe the climate, transportation issues (such as not needing a vehicle), lower tax rate, cuisine, or hobbies may make other countries more desirable and the wife finding would be ancillary.
Enough of the prose and onto the table:

USA females, the fattest the world over, has an average BMI of 31.5, for comparison
Since Colombia is a well-known destination for the apparent sightly women, the homicide rate there was at a low of 20 per 100K to now about 25 per 10K. Crime is on the rise again making it so those who wish to find their paradise away from home tougher to find. Per December 2019, https://colombiareports.com/medellin-crime-security-statistics/ "The city has approximately 240 different gangs with an estimated 5,000 members, the majority of whom are loyal to the Oficina de Envigado, the organized crime syndicate that once was the local enforcer army of late drug lord Pablo Escobar." Sweet.
Now, for a fair comparison, homicide rates in select US cities for 2019 are:
Detroit Michigan: 40
Oakland California: 16
Washington DC: 17
St. Louis Missouri: 66
Baltimore Maryland: 56
San Francisco California: 6
Seeing some explicit cases for Oakland makes it all the scarier: https://oaklandmofo.com/blog/oakland-homicide-count-is-rising
I lived in San Francisco many years ago, back when the homicide rate was double what it is today and felt fairly safe. Of course I still tried to walk along major roads for greater safety at night and didn't venture off to bad neighborhoods or be in Golden Gate park at night. Though crimes can take shape in many other ways including personal robbery with/without a weapon, carjacking, home robberies, the ultimate crime is homicide so this is why I focused on this aspect for a quick summary. If homicide rate is high, you'd expect general lawlessness in other ways. In my opinion I wouldn't want to be anywhere where the homicide rate exceeds 8 if possible. Though the homicide rates are particularly high for some US cities, these rates are not for an entire country.
For the cost of living, I use United States as “100” and all other countries based on this. Obviously there is great variance within a country, and so particular city data may be more useful. This is merely a guide for which you may seek more intensive data that is available on the internet.
For those on a budget and not into living large, I am including the cost of rent. This would typically be the largest expense one would have to account for. Again there would be much variation yet as a guide, the number provided would be useful.
**Note while most all of the countries listed, the population density is much higher than in the United States and yet the cost of rent as a proportion to overall cost of living is much lower. I ascribe this to TERRIBLE POLICIES in the United States where excessive immigration, legal and illegal, has caused a big pressure on housing, banks hold on to vacant properties, government puts no restriction on whether a foreigner can own real estate and there is no reasonable limit on the number of homes any one person may own. As I put forth in the book “Thoughtful Living” along with the many free related web sites, correcting the underlying problems is something our leaders need to do but they are too obtuse to figure it out. I highly doubt Donald Trump would do anything about it either as he does not demonstrate much love of this nation as he does for himself. I wrote him dozens of times and can say without a doubt he really does not care. Look, he moaned about the phony economy and how the Federal Reserve manipulated up the stock market but once in he bragged about how the stock market got manipulated up. He’s two-faced. I have more faith that North Korea may decide to help its people to provide as a model for the rest of the countries of the world. I pushed the solutions over 6 years ago onto Barrack Obama and a majority of those in the US Senate and all that has happened was an increased wealth divide which hurts both society and the economy. With Trump blasting Goldman Sachs while he was running for president, look who he packed into his cabinet – a bunch of Goldman Sachs guys. It’s so tiresome to endure charlatans as our elected leaders.
Homicide rate per 100K is 3.9 in the United States. Once I discovered the rate for Venezuela, no point worrying about anything else. Sure, I listed more for Central American countries but a high rate is expected there. Shocked it's so high in one portion of South America.
In attempting to describe countries by median per capita income, it’s not so easy. To push propaganda of prosperity, per capita income has been replaced with per household median income. When you figure about 3 persons per household which means on average there is over 1 person per household earning some wage, the income becomes inflated. Such a measure would be of no use when, in this circumstance, a solitary man may go abroad to live on his own through his savings, pension, etc.
With the following information I may soon include in the chart about more details for the following countries showing homicide rates:
Russia: 9.2
Latvia: 4.2
Hungary: 2.5
Lithuania: 4.5
Poland: 0.80
Spain: 0.7
Greece: 0.7
Italy: 0.7
Bosnia: 1.2
Apparently Slavic countries are around 4-5, Russia being around 9, and lots of Europe at nice rates around 1. It's like people in western European countries are more civil, considerably more than in US. If only the cost of living in these countries were less (some not so bad), and may be difficult to freely live for more than 3 months in one place necessitating high priced hotels as opposed to less expensive apartment rentals because of government restrictions. I think it's a farce how a person with a clean record and showing the ability to survive has to deal with so much red tape to try to stay before determining if wanting to go on for years. Not everyone is loaded to be able to fly back and forth or afford hotel prices, nor keep going out of the country to nearby countries and back again.
**Sep 22, 2019 update: Making use of rounded up figures from: Pariona, Ameber. "Murder Rate By Country." WorldAtlas, Sept. 16, 2019, worldatlas.com/articles/murder-rates-by-country.html in providing the homocide rate and will drop the cost of living index to now reflect only the cost of rent via the index of New York set at 100 as a guideline using https://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/stats/Cost-of-living/Real-estate-prices/Rent-index. Presenting dollar figures would be nice but could vary greatly in where you are looking and what just happens to be available, and not withstanding landlords from jacking up prices in trying to shake down a foreigner. Rent should be the most important factor, along with the cost of visa and food, not all the extra expenses which are more or less voluntary. If you are loaded and desire lots of extraneous expenses, you wouldn't even have to look at such figures. I am directing this at an audience seeking love elsewhere than first world countries and particularly for those whom are not wealthy. The wealthy can go anywhere and find what they want, even if in limited supply. After looking at the relative numbers presented in the chart for rent, I suggest not looking at other sites speaking of actual numbers (do so if you wish) but to actually then look for prices directly of those places that are available. For heights and weights, I used several sites but used mostly data from: https://www.worlddata.info/average-bodyheight.php#by-population/.
